Absolutely Amazing! - Edit
This place is utterly wonderful. So much history, authenticity and charm. And the Kombucha and cuisine is real artisanal magic. Organic and nutritious!
Read moreI attended the brewery to take away a bottle and left utterly nourished, having an educational tasting experience and the urge to come back for more. She gives 50p back for every bottle you return to the brewery. And she has a lot of passionate experiments on the go, always trying to keep within her closed loop system of sustainability.
I was so charmed, I attended the dinner event on 31st Oct called ‘Fermented & Fungi’, which was such a delight - with great wines, kombucha cocktails and an 8 course meal, including an explanation during each course. The food was amazing and the atmosphere so warming.
The interior of the brewery is filled with plants and charm; roots starting from when the founder was 6 years old.
Anyway a must visit, I recommend the kombucha, her dinner events, her cafe’ menu, even if it is not to eat her delicious options but to sit and listen to the jazz over a glass of anything.
