No knowledge on what can be made vegan

I asked on many items if fish sauce and oyster sauce can be taken out they said no, and their curry is made with coconut milk and half and half. Wasn’t impressed

You didn’t order the right thing. There are many things that can be made vegan. My server, Coral, knew exactly what I could order.

Vegan Options at Tanger 🍜

This place was pretty good! I’m vegan and had the vegan ramen which was nice on a cold rainy day. The tofu was a bit cold but the broth and noodles made up for it. Not the best ramen I’ve had but it’s a great option if your looking for a restaurant that accommodates meat eaters and plant based folks alike. Nice atmosphere and quick service too!
