Absolutely loved our ice creams - I had pecan and cinnamon crumb with an apple syrup core and it was so great. My friend had a chocolate creation and was equally impressed. Best vegan icecream I have tried! Love that they are fully customisable too 👌🏼

I can't tell you how they make something as simple as vanilla with rainbow sprinkles be the most delicious dessert I have ever tasted! It is so delicious, totally worth waiting in line and standing on the sidewalk to eat it. Please go and try this place!

Read moreThe ice cream is smooth, creamy, and light. Doesn't have that "playdough" taste like most vegan ice creams have, and it's truly delicious and satisfying.
The strawberry shortcake is my favorite, and I get it every single time (in a cone). The crumb topping does tend to get everywhere, even if you eat carefully. The strawberry syrup is to die for.
It tastes just like the Good Humor brand.

Love that everything is vegan! - Edit
I love that everything here is egg-free, gluten-free, & dairy-free. Most things are also nut-free. The con is that it’s pretty expensive, the bowls are weirdly too small so if you get sauce it drips all over your hand, and there’s only one size which is a LOT of very sweet ice cream. I really enjoyed the first half of my cone, but then I was overwhelmed by the sweetness. I got a twist in a cone with no toppings. My friends who got toppings and asked for a cup were in a race against time. I also found the ordering kiosk kind of stressful. I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to go again.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I’ve had at a vegan establishment - Edit
So, I’m really not the type to wait on long lines. The line for WUDL was at least 15 people deep, but I had just eaten all-you-can-eat hotpot and had time to kill digesting. So I hopped on, against my better judgement.
Read moreOnce I got to the front of the line, I noticed two things: 1) you check out with a kiosk and no one takes your order. So why wasn’t it moving faster? 2) ah ok, there are two people manning the counter. But then two other people making the desserts. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have more stations to make the desserts instead of dedicating two people to man the kiosk (mind you, no one acknowledges you or asks you if you need help when you’re putting in your order. It all felt very holier-than-thou and really put me off).
I typically like to reduce waste when I eat out, so like I always do, I ask if I could use my reusable silicone tupper for my order.
The reaction to my ask was met with a cold and disgusted “No!” from the associate (didn’t catch her name, she was black and had short hair) making the orders. Like wow, ok, it’s not like I asked you to do a somersault. That was the second item that really put me off, especially after waiting 20 minutes on a damn line that I now felt was unnecessary had they managed their production process better.
Then the clincher came when they called out my order. They used my name, but someone else took the order, so I assumed she had the same name. Turns out, it was meant for me (I ordered two different ice creams, one for me and one for my friend) and without apologizing, they just looked frustrated while they made me another one.
The person who took my ice cream was also rude (she [censored]-ily said “oh well!” When I accidentally dropped my spoon but obviously that’s not the business’s fault). All around a bad experience.
The cups they use are comically tiny, so that the scoop completely overlaps the brim. If they had just used my tupper…
Also, they have no trash cans outside, so everyone dumps their cups into the curbside private trash, making a disgusting pile of garbage on the street.
The ice cream btw? Honestly, nothing special. It did satisfy my craving for the Mr. Softee style strawberry shortcake cream popsicle bar from my youth, but since the topping just covers the outside, it left me a bit underwhelmed. It also melts super fast and makes a huge mess bc the cups don’t hold the entire scoop inside.
Definitely wont be visiting ever again.

This place is a must visit for anyone with a sweet tooth and a love for ice cream. The soft serve was absolutely perfect for me. It wasn’t too sweet and with the perfect soft serve consistency! The toppings were super yummy as well. The staff was also super friendly as well! Ordering through the screen was great, but a little confusing at first glance. Ultimately it was great experience can’t wait to go back!

I got the strawberry shortcake flavor which I really liked. It was really good that it wasn't overly sweet or artificial tasting either. The line wasn't that long but it moved pretty slowly. It would be nice if the menu was posted on the window outside to help the more indecisive customers.

Wow. This place tho. The soft serve is that of my dreams, toppings are delicious. They even put toppings inside the cone for maximum distribution of toppings- so thoughtful. This is the ultimate ice cream destination in manhattan. Plus it’s all vegan- yaaaasssss👏🏼 also if you loved those strawberry shortcake bars as a kid then you gotta get their strawberry shortcake creation it tastes JUST LIKE IT OMG.

The line for this place when I went was INSANE. Over 1 hour. It was worth every minute. Hands down best icecream I’ve ever had. They even put the drizzle inside of the cone so every bite is filled with drizzles and toppings. Insane. Must go!!

This is a pat based creamery! The consistency is amazing and the toppings very unique. I tried the apple and caramel and it was bomb! My fave is the strawberry shortcake, the crumbs in the inside and on the outside add a great flavorful experience

Whipped is delicious! $8 may seem pricey for an ice cream, but when you see how generous they are with the soft serve and toppings and also taste the quality, you’ll agree it’s worth it. The soft serve had a really interesting whipped quality (hence the name), and the sweet crème base is an interesting variation on vanilla. Vegan waffle cone was tasty too! I will definitely be back. Also, they are taking COVID-19 sanitation very seriously (ie only letting one party into the store at a time, providing gloves to wear when you use their register to pay, changing gloves between every customer). Please go support them!

This ice cream is absolutely delicious. I chose a sweet creme base and kept it simple with rainbow sprinkles, 10/10! I had to stop myself from ordering another one. I forgot to snap a picture but will definitely be coming back! I also was happy and very appreciative to see they also add toppings to the bottom of the cup!
