Unfortunately there's no more vegan menu :-( - Edit
There are a few dishes labeled as vegetarian on the menu, BUT almost none is vegan (one I think), several others can be made vegan by removing ingredients. They do not have any dish with tofu.
Read moreI had the mushroom soup without cream and a zucchini with aubergine caviar and rice dish, which were pretty good. However, I wouldn't recommend to come to this restaurant on purpose, there are better vegan options in Minsk...
