Fine dining in the woods

The restaurant Weihermühle offers only one vegan main dish on the menu, which changes periodically. While it's disappointing not to see more vegan options, the one dish they do offer is exceptional. The flavors are well-balanced, the ingredients fresh, and the presentation is top-notch. It's clear that a lot of care and thought went into creating this dish. I just wish there were more vegan choices available, as the quality suggests they could easily excel in this area.

Pros: fresh ingredients, presentation, friendly service

Cons: very limited vegan options, quite pricey
