Schabowy z ziemniaczkami o jakim marzyłam. Przepyszne, sycące (spora porcja) i w naprawdę dobrej cenie.

Vegan food truck - Edit
We visited the food truck for a quick dinner. The person in the truck on that day did not speak English and we tried our best to translate the only Polish menu ourselves. Unfortunately the pierogis were out for the day, so we had some yeastdumplings, some potatoes and a cold soup. The dumplings and the potatoes were okay, but there was basically no taste on it. With some more spices, it could have been really tasty.

On the other hand the cold beetroot soup was really good and I would definitly recommand to try it when visiting.

Stupidly good - Edit
Although Wege Polka has been around for a while, they just opened their food truck location on July 6, 2024. I visited after a three-hour visit to the Warsaw Rising Museum, and my hungry tummy was so glad I did. Despite the fact that I definitely over-ordered, I was extremely satisfied with what I got and even more happy that I could savor her cooking at a subsequent meal in the form of leftovers. The pierogis were some of the best dumplings I have ever had in any style of cuisine, mostly because the dill garnish, the cream sauce, and the tofu and veggie minced filling were such a winning combo. The delightful borsch (barszcz) came with a side of mashed potatoes and could probably have been a meal in and of itself. And the tofu cheese pancakes smothered in cherry sauce took the cake!
