Lots of vegan products, almost no vegan prepared foods - Edit
Based on the previous reviews and summary of the Weaver's Way Co-op in Ambler, I thought this would be a good place to stop for a quick prepared sandwich at the cafe - especially since the Happy Cow listing mentioned a tofu bahn mi. There were very few vegetarian options at the cafe - maybe two? And only one seemed to be able to be modified for vegans. So while it's a lovely co-op offering excellent grocery items for folks of all stripes, the cafe has very few options for vegans, so be forewarned.
