EDIT: After 2 years of Phuket absence, I returned and was actually quite happy with the restaurant as they now serve lovely vegan smoothie bowls, they have soups and their salads are very big. I changed mt review from 2 to 4 stars ^^
Read moreWeCafe is a very known restaurant with several branches in Phuket. It looks beautiful (every single one of them) and the staff's service impeccable. However, apart from a build-your-own-salad and some drinks, there are no vegan options at all. For a restaurant that advertises to be healthy, the food they serve is anything but good for your body. Lots of meat, fried and fish dishes and not a single outstanding vegan option. I wish I spoke Thai so I could reach out to them and make them understand how important plant-based food is. Perhaps I should just Google translate :P

Fresh Healthy Food and Great Ambiance - Edit
The restaurant has an impressive selection of healthy food, and there are options for all eaters. There is an entire section made for vegetarian and vegan food. The wait time for the food was rather long, so it’s important to be patient. When the food arrived, it was really tasty. The cafe has a nice view of a beach in the distance. The atmosphere is also relaxing. I highly recommend coming here for delicious food and beverages!

You can build your own salads here, and the vegetables are as fresh as you can get! Many items are grown on the premises. I ordered a salad with pumpkin, quinoa, mango, grilled mushrooms,
Read morePeas and corn, with a balsamic dressing, and it was so good! You have to cut up the salad a bit but wow, the taste was amazing. Very reasonably priced as well.
Most of the menu items aren’t vegan though, and the service was not super friendly, but I’ll be going back just for the salad.
Pros: Amazing salads, Not expensive
Cons: The main menu has few vegan options. , The staff could have been a bit friendlier.

I've been to this one and more often the one near Bangkok Hospital. As said the veggies are fresh and can't be more local. The salads are very good with a great option for selection and a few vegan dressings to choose from. The pizza is great as well. Service is good. Not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for as its a more upscale dining experience than a place with plastic chairs and self service :)

We drove 30minutes on our motorbikes to get here and we were not disappointed. service was great, Great atmosphere and the food was super yummy. they grow their own greens so it is literally from the earth to your plate:)

Si, las lechugas están súper orgánicas y frescas, pero de resto es mucho en plan americano, grasiento, mucho queso de color extraño. Para mi vegetariana poco donde escoger si además quiero sano.
