went here for breakfast and tried the pain au chocolat which was very good but a bit pricey considering the fact that they basically just sell half ones. i would also wish for some savoury items since there were none when i visited. maybe they have hearty things later in the morning/noon, i don't know.
Read morecoming to the books upstairs, i didn't see any that were particularly focusing on dead animal or other non-vegan stuff but while flipping through some of them, i still saw meat etc. pictured:(

The shop seems focused on selling take away coffee, and also some espresso/coffee macines for sale. Only a handful of seating places outside, in front of shop.
Im not a coffee drinker, and couldnt sit down, so didnt have anything.
At the back, I noticed some stairs going to the 1st floor, where there's a great selection of books (mainly cookbooks, some travel books).
Nearly all vegan, but disappointing to see several cookbooks using animal ingredients. In a vegan place?

It is listed as 'vegan' on Happy Cow, which -as they are selling non-vegan items- I think is incorrect.

Way has 3 locations, this one is take-away mainly and focuses on pastries and coffee. I tried some of their filled 'koeken' and a chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was one of the best I ever had.

vegan coffeeshop in Ghent, which has 3 addresses, they offer a selection of coffee and hot or cold drinks. this address sells coffee products (equipment...) and sweets such as revisited croissants, cookies and brownies. I recommand this place for a snack and coffee !

Read moreWe thought we’d have a pastry for part of our lunch. I had a cinnamon roll which was toasted and a flat white made with alpro’s not milk. The coffee was really nice although I found the alpro not milk a but sickly but the coffee was nice. I just think I’ll stick with oat or soy. My partner had the babka and enjoyed it. He also ordered a hot chocolate which was oatly chocolate milk heated up. It was still nice

Perfect creamy and flavourful cappuccino. Some of the best I had in life came from here. The lunches are also very surprising and fun. Small portions though, but still enough to get you going.

We visited the coffee in mid September. Tested Cinamon Ban and Amandel Croissant, Pims and 2 balls (Flamingo and Nutty). It all tasted very good, not too sweet and very fresh. I highly recommend. For drink we had Chai Latte. I took a regular latte but a wasp tanked in a cup before i had a chance to take a proper sip. They were not only sorry but immediately offered to give me another one for free. I asked for Chai Latte instead and got it. What a service …

Lieu très beau, plutôt à emporter (pas vraiment de salle pour s'installer), nous avons pris un donut, un gâteau frangipane, et 2 tchai latte : un peu trop sucré à mon goût mais assez satisfaisant pour une pause goûter gourmand. Belle Sélection de cafés et d'objets spécialisés liés à sa préparation disponibles sur place.

I had a cappuccino, cinnamon roll and an Oreo donut. The donut tasted great and I liked the cinnamon roll & coffee! It would of been even nicer if the cinnamon roll had cream on it😉I would come back again and would recommend this place to others.
