Wonderful freshly made vegan food for a fair price. Place is well kept and super clean, service very friendly. Pisang Goreng was especially fantastic. Nice drink menu also with fresh and healthy juices. Can only recommend.

Amazing Indonesian food - Edit
Very satisfied with my lunch visit! Everything was flavourful. Some of the items such as sate taste like meat, it’s baffling. Highly recommend the tipat cantok, tipat sate, Tempe goreng and nasi campur. We were dying to try the bakso which was unfortunately out of stock. Great covered outdoor seating area. Easy parking. Friendly atmosphere with amazing service. It’s a vegan Balinese family run business. Happy to recommend!

Way Too much pepper - Edit
The Nasi goreng tasted as the chef dropped the whole pepper mill in the pan And tasted nothing else but the pepper. Almost no veggies.

Right between two of the famous temples - Edit
Perfect location if you're exploring the temples. Beautiful setup, looks like it'd be 2-3x more expensive but prices are VERY good. I was the only one here, had the whole place to myself (seems common for me here in Bali, beginning of May). Very friendly staff, delicious food. 😋 Only downside is the sound of intermittently heavy traffic just below on the main road.

Delicious and cheap - Edit
This place next to the holy water temple is family run and offers a wide range of vegan balinese dishes for very cheap prices (10-30k IDR per dish, 0,80 - 2,00€). Highly recommended when visiting the temple.

Highly Recommended - Edit
We stopped at this Warung when visiting the Tirta Empul temple across the road. This is a friendly vegan restaurant (and clean - spotless loos) set on a terrace above the road, run by lovely people cooking local fresh food. We ate the delicious Nasi Campur with Satay and condiments with a side of delicious vegetable soup, Nasi Goreng and the Soy 'meatballs' Bakso chosen from their handwritten menus and also don't miss the Banana Fritters with Palm Sugar and Sesame seeds. Lovely people, great place, good value and well worth a visit.

Vegan warung near Tirta Empul - Edit
Pretty random to find a vegan warung next to a Temple.
Read moreThe food was really nice, we had 2 Nasi Campur, 2 coffees, 4 satay skewers and paid 138000 rupiahs with service and tax included.
The nasi campur comes with rice and mock meat, corn fritters that were deep fried (not a big fan) and veggies.
The food was tasty and people really nice. They speak a bit of english. Also they have proper toilet! Ahah
Pros: Location, Good portion, Cheap and tasty
Cons: Only and outdoor area, Little english

baksa OK, tea was nice - Edit
Baksa was a tiny portion, not good value compared to other places. Very simple. I also absolutely hate soy meat, faux soy chicken balls are not dumplings, so felt disappointed.

Cheap and tasty - Edit
Small restaurant on a quiet terrace in front of the road to the Pura Tirta Empul temple. Opened April 20th and run by a family. Really cheap and tasty. Staff super nice (Guna, the owner, even helped us going back to our hotel by motorbike together with his son, even if this is a different story!)

Glad that you find it in the end! When I run into this place I knew I had to add it to HappyCow immediately. They told me they had just opened on April 20th :)
