Reliable tasty meals - Edit
So many tasty vegan options. They handle allergies really well too.

Good vegan options - Edit
Good vegan options and delicious meals as expected with Wagamas. They were very good with the additional dietary requirements of my partner. They took it very seriously and the food was prepared separately. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the Stevenage menu seems to have fewer vegan options than other Wagamas I've been too. Its still good, just not as extensive as when you go in the larger cities.

Fab menu but bit pricey - Edit
You know what you're getting with wagamamas. Decent options to choose from, quick food, generally flavoursome and a bit expensive. I had the chilli fried mushrooms which were delicious and the yaki soba mushroom which was average.

No idea of allergens - Edit
Ordered vegan dish. Arrived with prawns in it (happened again via takeaway). Avoid this restaurant.
Read morePros: Nice range of choices
Cons: Put prawns in dish, Clearly not cooked in vegan prep area

I had a takeaway arrive with meat in it after ordering the vegan version. So sounds like this is unfortunately quite common. 😕

Absolutely love Waggas! - Edit
Love a Wagamama’s and this one does not disappoint! They have pledged that their menu by the end of 2021 will have even more vegan options 💚 I love the mushroom steamed buns, vegan ribs, chilli and garlic edamame, Kate boruso the most 😋😋

Not the best Wagamama’s - Edit
We love Wagamama’s- it’s good to have a reliable option, with so many tasty vegan options. Their new additions have been fantastic e.g. no duck donburi, vegan ribs etc. This particular one can get quite busy and the service is just ok. We’ve had some problems with deliveries from here- food coming cold and one time getting a meat gyoza in our portion. Both refunded and the latter came with apologetic calls from management and free vouchers.

Realistic - Edit
I really enjoyed my Tempura F-ish Bang Bang Yaki-imo overall.
Read moreThe chips were quite spicy. Nothing like traditional chips, more like a spicy teriyaki sauce on sweet potato chunks. I like spice but it was pushing it a little by the end, so not good for anyone who isn’t into spice.
The actual F-ish is so good and scarily realistic. Honestly, it could pass for actual fish! Both my friend and I loved it.
I wasn’t overly keen on the edamame dish on the side. But I’m not too keen on edamame to begin with.
Overall, a solid 4/5. It’s a shame it’s not staying outside #Veganuary. #Veganuary
Pros: No need to book, Relaxed atmosphere, Consistently good food
Cons: Needs to be more soy free dishes , The music is a little too loud

I really hope I get to try this before it disappears!

Great Vegan Options! - Edit
Despite the Stevenage Wagamamas being really busy (line out the door), the food was great! The vegatsu curry and the bang bang cauliflower were delicious, full of flavour and served fairly quickly despite how busy the restaurant was. Will definitely be back again!

Worst Wagamama I’ve ever been to... - Edit
I love Wagamama (usually) it’s one of the few places you can guarantee a tasty plate of healthy vegan food in one of those awful retail parks. I live in Stevenage and didn’t realise this was there so was delighted when we stumbled upon it.
Read moreThis is like no Wagamama I’ve ever been too the music was blaring and the place was packed, staff although pleasant were not the usual ‘type’ so far no massive problem. However the food was awful. Lisa’s glass noodle and tofu salad was straight out of the fridge and tasteless, bang bang cauliflower was in such big chunks it was undercooked, greens were greasy and my yasai nikko curry seemed like it had the volume turned down to zero.
Very very disappointed
Pros: Ok service , Normal vegan options
Cons: Very loud music, Bland food
