Amazing waffles - Edit
Saw their stand at VSF23 and wanted to try one of their waffles. They serve 'regular' sweet waffles but also waffle panini's and other savory versions. We tried a sweet one with whipped cream and a red fruit sauce and loved it. Only complaint is that we only got a spoon to eat with so that was almost an impossible task and we had to resort to bringing the waffle to our mouth and just biting pieces off it...

Amazing waffles - Edit
I discovered WafflesVeg at the Christmas market of Le Rêve d'Aby. I tried one of the 2 waffle sandwiches (savoury). It was delicous. Quite big portion for a reasonable price (8€).

I went to the an antispeciesist event in Paris back in 2016, and tried a very tasty vegan belgian waffle with vegan cheese, ham, caramelised onions and provencal herbs.

They also make sweet waffles, which I wish I had tried.

I tried their sweet waffle at a vegan event. The waffle was delicious. The only downside was the chocolate sauce that was too runny. It was falling down. Difficult to eat. They should offer a more thick vegan option like Nutella.

'Gaufres sucrées salées (sandwichs gaufrés, cuit au gaufrier)' is more a waffle for lunch.
'Gaufres sucrées (gaufres de Liège)' is more a waffle for dessert. If you take them with sauce, they can be very heavy.

I went to Smmmile festival and got a waffle with chocolate, speculoos (aka biscoff / cookie butter) and whipped cream. It was amazing, served fresh, and came up to only 4 euros! I definitely hope they open a boutique in Paris soon!

Every time I go to a Vegan Place I get a stock of 5waffles and eat them one at a time at home (reheatinh them in the microwave for 30sec it's like they're new).

God making vegan waffles... - Edit
What to say about this business, apart from: Whaou! They offer wonderful vegan Liège waffles at a very fair price (3 euros with a surplus of vegan Chantilly or hot chocolate cream, or something else). I tried their waffles twice at a "vegan place" in Paris. And both times it was amazing. They also sell paninis made with their waffle iron, and they are so good! For 5 euros, you have a big hot sandwich with vegan cheese, faux-meat and sauce. With a Belgian beer, it's perfect. Moreover, the staff is really friendly. Beware if you find them: there will be a huuuge queue before reaching the counter! Too much success, but deserved.
