Delicious food and large portions - Edit
Have only been to Vitality Bay at lunchtimes, and have enjoyed all the meals I have had.
Read moreThey usually do a special lunch offer on weekdays consisting of rice and a bean dish and salad, which is very good value. They also do an all day breakfast.
I had the Energise 'Eat me' Bowl which is described as a 'Hearty & Scrumptious tortilla bowl filled with falafel, cassava chips, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, hummus, wholegrain rice and other various daily option". It was delicious , but so filling that I struggled to finish it.
They have a very large menu, and a very good selection of vegan cakes. I had the Apple & Cinnamon take to take away, which was also delicious.
Pros: Food tastes great and they have vegan cakes, Good portion size, Friendly service
Cons: The burgers seem a bit pricey

I am so happy that this restaurant exists! The food is delicious and there is a great range and as if it couldn't get any better, it's affordable!!! Their daily lunch special is normally only £5 and for that you get a HUGE portion! The owners are so lovely and have a true passion for food and health. My family and I come here regularly and will continue to! My favourite dishes are their omelette breakfast, which is a huge portion and so tasty. I also recommend any of their curries and if they have the creamy linguine pasta dish in the lunch special. It's so nice to have a vegan restaurant that isn't all junk food (however their carrot cakes and burgers are yum!) You cannot go wrong visiting here, I highly recommend Vitality Bay for tasty, healthy and affordable vegan food!

I have been eating here for about a year now, getting take away and eating in when not in lockdown. The food is so delicious and all home made. I love the fusion of different cultural tastes and the wholesome nature of the meals.

The staff are very kind and thoughtful and the manager/owner is so knowledgeable about health and well-being that I feel really looked after when I go there.
This restaurant builds its whole menu on its philosophy of eating healthy food at affordable prices.
I feel blessed that a vegan restaurant of this standard is in my area. x

Delicious - Edit
Was just walking by this weekend and the cakes in the window grabbed my attention especially as they are refined sugar free. Came out with blueberry cheesecake - yum - can’t believe it was vegan. Also bought apple and cinnamon cake. Very friendly service. Will be ordering my take aways from here this week - can’t wait to taste the main meals.

Amazing food and people- CHANGE OF REVIEW!!! - Edit
The review below was my initial review, I had rated it 5*, I loved this place for the first 4times I visited. The following ~5 times the service has unfortunately just gone very downhill, staff changed, became very slow and food not as tasty. Over 1h waiting for main three times, food unfortunately very oily and not tasty as it used to be (tried a Indian dish, pizza, breakfast amongst other dishes), waiter is slow and has no idea what he is doing sadly, owner is great and friendly though so it’s a shame about the slow and inadequate service. To my friend they brought their pizza after the rest of us had fully finished our mains (which were already brought over one hour later again) and his pizza was black burn!!! they apologised but said if he didn’t want that pizza it would take another 15min for another one to be made- it took over ANOTHER 50min for the second pizza to come (almost 2h total waiting for his main!!!!) so unfortunately I had to rethink my review as it has been a good 5times of bad experiences with this restaurant.

Friendly and helpful staff. The menu is limited but what they do have is tasty fresh food. We need more places like this to pop up. If I have one negative it’s the decor which is a bit random and it could feel cosier.

Stopped by for a cake, ended up taking home food for dinner. Such lovely people. Sat my wife my daughter and I down as we waited to order our takeaway and gave us a sample of mango lassi. Delicious plant based food. Place will be a regular for us.
