This review is a long time coming as I've lost count of how many times we've have Virgin Vegan Friday night dinners and are now visiting Ryan and team at the farmers market regularly. One of the few bummers about this area is the lack of vegan or even vegetarian meals at restaurants so I was thrilled to see Virgin Vegan pop up on Instagram during the dog day of the pandemic last year. Vegan comfort food and the opportunity to support a small business, I'm IN!
Read moreIt's all good but the crabby cakes, pasta dish and sliders have been my favorite.
Tip: Order when you get to the farmers market. (They are in the corner of the parking lot by the shed and trees.) Then, do your shopping and they will text you when your food is ready.

Went to the farmers market and got the sliders. Had vegan cheese lettuce, tomato, and onion on it. Came with fries and macaroni salad! It was so good and everyone working there was so friendly

Can't Believe It's Vegan! - Edit
This review has been a long-time coming, since I'm starting to feel like a regular at this place😄Everything, and I mean every.single.thing is vegan! It's so refreshing not to have to ask over and over again what's dairy-free! (Both my husband and I are lactose-intolerant)
Read moreI drive about a half hour each way to pick up this dinner, but you guys, it is SO WORTH IT. Ryan, the head chef and founder of Virgin Vegan, continues to impress my husband and me, and he always hits it out of the park with his masterful and creative flavor combinations. I always wonder how he gets so much value into each meal, and why I'm not paying more for it! We've had the Quesadillas (delicious), Crabby Patties (delightful), and the Sliders (my favorite!) And if you get a chance to have one of his chocolate chip cookies, you're in for a treat! Not only is all his food amazing and cooked with love, but he's also a genuine and kind guy, doing what he loves.
One thing I truly appreciate, as a fellow business owner myself, is that he's always trying to improve his recipes and his service, and is open to any questions or suggestions I have as a customer.
Can't wait to visit his booth at the Manassas Farmer's Market this August! I'm excited to see his eatery grow, because it will!
If you've been on the fence about trying a Virgin Vegan dinner, do it! You will be so happy you did :)
Pros: Great value for the price!, Environmentally-friendly utensils, Chef/Founder is a genuinely nice guy

Found this small business on Instagram and glad I did. We had chicken parmesan with salad and steamed vegetables. The garlic bread was so delicious! Would order from here again :)
