Lovely cafe - Edit
A pretty nice cafe in Bellaria-Igea Marina on the Adriatic coast. They have plant based milk options and vegan croissants. They also own a rotisserie nearby (again not vegan per se) but you may find simple veggie gratin options or pasta salads without cheese or meat if you ask in advance.

Cons: they dont speak English, some staff did., not many vegan options

Nice bar in the center of Bellaria with a huge choice of vegan croissant ( delicious) friendly environment
