Worst sundaes & service ever - Edit
Ordered 4 sundaes, served melted, awful. Asked for refund, but they had taken my receipt. Asked to swap to milkshake as melted, asked to pay more. Took ages, observed bad hygiene (wiping hands on towel instead of changing gloves, touching all food types). Terrible undersized & over priced ice cream, tasted of nothing at all. See photo, on my worst ever sundae list.

This one es all you need when it comes to fastfood! And wow the chillicheese nuggets were over the top! 🤤 Very good and the staff is very friendly (and speaks English)
Read moreThere is no toilet but you can get a "coin" and use the ones on the central station for free. They were also very sweet and look after my big backpack while I went 🙏 thank you for that ☺️

The burger was fine, but nothing special.. in fact it was kinda greasy (at least it tasted like grease) The fries were fried one to many times.. Around €14 is a bit pricey, respectively you get better burger menus in Hamburg in that price range

I was really happy to see a completely vegan burger chain! And located at the central station it was a no-brainer that I was having my lunch there. The food was what you would expect from a fast food chain, but on the upper end of that spectrum!

Loved the burgers, I wasn't really a fan of the fries as I like them simple with salt or normal potato seasoning (I live for fries so I was a bit sad haha), but my boyfriend really liked them!

Dank Wegfalls des veganen Burgers bei McDonalds, den es (leider) bei einem Zwischenstopp am Hauptbahnhof ab und zu gab, habe ich Vincent Vegan direkt am hbf gefunden.
Read moreUnd kann sagen: Wirklich klasse Restaurant und richtig lecker mit der perfekten Lage für Durchreisende. Gegessen habe ich heute die Kebab Fries und dazu gab es einen mega milkshake (Cookies and cream). Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
Werde nun meine Stopps in Hamburg öfter bei Vincent verbringen und mich einfach durchprobieren! 😇💪

Pommes und Burger waren Klasse. Ich war das erste Mal da und bestell mir dann immer was klassisches. In dem fall den Hamburger.
Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig, Aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend groß.
Bestellen kann man bequem am Terminal.
Extra Points gibts fürs Tempo und die super freundlichen Leute hinterm Tresen.
Extra extra Points gibts für die saucoolen bon-Namen. Wer will sich schon seine Bestellung 501 abholen, wenn man wie hier auch die "Drachen" oder "Einhorn" Bestellung entgegennehmen kann!
Pros: Nur Vegan, Super Freundlich, Erstklassige Pommes
Cons: Keine Filiale in Augsburg :(
