I wouldn't say this was anything special but it was good enough for a quick bite and they have many vegan options to choose from.

I needed some food for in between trains. They had one vegan bowl and it was clearly labeled. It had a little bit of tempeh that was not bad and some edamame and veggies on white rice. If I had more time I would have ventured to a real vegan place but this was good enough.

Really liked that they have soba and vegan Asia-inspired bowls and salads, if you don't feel like having sushi (the variety of sushi "fillings" and faux fish actually looked very impressive, but I found them to be quite expensive). There's some seats and tables as well and after 9 pm they sell their food half-priced. I struggled with the self-scanner a bit and staff was super duper lovely and helped me out. Downside is that there's a lot of plastic packaging, and the teriyaki sauce that came with my soba was a bit too sweet.

Für mich ein Ritual, nach einem Hamburg-Besuch auf dem Hamburger Hauptbahnhof hier ein paar Edamame Bohnen zu kaufen. Edamame Bohnen sind ein idealer Snack für eine lange Zugfahrt.

Read moreThey have a lot of vegan options, some boxes contain vegan fish sushi that looks and tastes almost identical to real salmon and tuna to the point that I questioned the chef if this was actually vegan.
I’m still super surprised as to how this is possible, check the photo gallery to see the pictures of the fish that I took

Ich hole mir hier oft etwas, wenn ich einen kurzen Aufenthalt am hbf Hamburg habe. Es gibt when große Auswahl an veganem Sushi (auch besondere Sorten), bowls und snacks. Etwas teurer aber trotzdem ein super Snack!

Very good option if you are in a hurry. Vegan options are clearly indicated, and you can choose between different types of sushi in different sizes, or salads.

I have picked up bowls and sushi from here several times so far. The sushi is a bit pricey, but the bowls are generously sized. If you manage to come by here after 9 pm, it's amazingly cheap for the quality and amount of food. I've liked all of the bowls so far, this is one of the best options at the central station. Everything vegan is clearly labelled.

Vegan option at Hamburg Central Station - Edit
I was very happy to find another vegan option at the station (beside Dean&David and some bakeries) because I frequently pass Hamburg at my train travels. I buyed a box with Inari Sushi and same Maki rolls filled with vegetable. Everything was very delicious.
