Year-round accommodation in the outskirts of Bitola. No access with public transportation, so bike or taxi is recommended. The price for accommodation and food is decided by the guests. Only alcohol has fixed price. Kitchen focuses on slow food and local vegetables and will provide for vegans when reserved. Open Mon-Sat 7:00am-9:00pm.

Frisch, regional, nachhaltig, sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe - Edit
Ein Gasthof in einem Dorf in der Nähe von Bitola. Waren drei Nächte dort untergebracht. Schon bei der Buchung wurden Essenswünsche bezüglich der Kostform erfragt. Das Angebot wechselt täglich je nach Saison und Verfügbarkeit. Alle Speisen sind regional und werden täglich frisch zubereitet, das Meiste stammt aus eigenem Anbau. Auch das Bier und der Wein sind aus eigener Herstellung. Als Hotelgast ist das Frühstück inklusive. Wenn man zu Mittag oder zu Abend speisen möchte, erfogt die Bezahlung nach eigenem Ermessen. Da alles hervorragend schmeckt, mit Liebe gemacht wird und ein Mahl meist aus mehreren Gängen besteht, muss hierbei auch nicht gespart werden. Das Familienunternehmen betreibt den Hof seit ca. 20 Jahren. Alle sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Fantastic food and cosy area - Edit
I visited Villa Dihovo with some friends in Summer 2019.
Read moreAt Villa Dihovo you both have the possibility to stay, but also to come by for a single day and eat some of their fantastic food. Their food follow the concept of "slow food", so everything is homemade of high quality ingredients, and as local as possible. The food is mostly based upon traditional, Macedonian dishes, and the focus is on vegetables and such. So the meat only have a little place, and if you want 100 % vegetarian or vegan food, Villa Dihovo can prepare that too.
My friends and I was there for a single dinner, which we ordered in advance. And what a nice meal! Everything was delicious, well-prepared and healthy. And the vegetarians among us didn't missed anything, since the vegetarian and vegan options was the most delicious among the dishes :)
The owner, Pece, is a very nice and polite person, and he would gladly show you around at Villa Dihovo. And the area is very nice too.
We will definitely come to Villa Dihovo another time, and this time we will stay too.
