Healthy. Vegan. Satisfying. - Edit
I've been waiting for this place to open since I first heard about it in February. Well worth the wait. I love that you can sub roasted sweet potato for toast for any of their toast options. I got the mix & match "toasts" with almond butter & raspberry jam, and the other with hummus and pico de gallo. I left feeling very satisfied! You can also sub cauliflower rice in any of their bowls! Perfect for the health nut, or anyone who enjoys good food, in general. The bowls and burgers looked particularly enticing, so I plan to go back soon! The only downside is they close at 7pm.
