Vegan Bagels - Edit

I absolutely love this place! There was so much flavor in the everything bagel, and it was so fresh! My purchase of Through the Garden included vegan cheese as an add-on. OUT OF THIS WORLD! In addition to the excellent quality of the produce and herbs, I appreciate the fact that he added vegan spread to his menu. Despite tasting a bit like hummus, I found the spread to be very tasty. We were very well treated by the owner, who takes the time to get to know everyone and came out to see how we liked the vegan cheese to get some feedback on its taste. Since he is a small business owner, he sourced the vegan cheese locally, which I thought was very thoughtful. I can't believe how nice he is! Don't miss Through the Garden, vegan or not, you won't regret it! While it's a bit pricey, it's worth it for the quality! Through the Garden is my favorite vegan option at the moment, but I hope to see more vegan options in the future. This place deserves a lot of praise.
