I was super happy to try out this recently opened restaurant, especially since I hadn't come across any Vietnamese cuisine spots in Alicante before.
Read moreI had the spring rolls (4. Nem Ha Noi - vegan option) and the stir-fried noodles (24. Pho Xao Chay). The spring rolls were absolutely divine! My non-vegan friends loved it too. As for the noodles, they were generously loaded with tofu and mushrooms, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I must admit they lacked a bit of salt for my taste. Interestingly, the waiter explained that Vietnamese cuisine typically uses less salt than Spanish dishes. Having found Spanish food overly salty upon his arrival from Vietnam, he now serves dishes in the most authentic Vietnamese style. However, he told me that he could adjust the salt levels based on customer preference.
I'm looking forward to returning to savor those delightful spring rolls again and to explore other dishes! :)
