Very Nice

I had the [Med 6.0?] and it was amazing. Very very high quality food for the price. Just a step up of Spitz, or Chipotle pricing, but the food quality is very very very good. The broccoli in my meal was partially burned which was a bummer, but the dressing on it was 10/10. Such a diverse nice dish. Great Couscous. The Falafel is the best i’ve ever had. It’s so earthy and perfect; vs some falafel that is dry, or tastes like chemicals, this one was perfect.
The outside seating is good, but some of the benches are broke, and you have to clean up your own dishes. Minor things, but totally worth the great food. There are like 4 vegan meals on the menu. The have Kombucha on tap, but it was very vinegary and not sweet, so I don’t know if i’d recommend it at $5 a cup, but it was still decent. Very nice place

Pros: amazing food, high quality for the price

Cons: strange outdoor seating broken chairs, clean up and sort your dishes after

Clearly labeled, delicious vegan options

I ordered the Med 6.0. It’s got falafel, miso sesame couscous, cashew Caesar broccoli, Israeli pico, spiced tahini, micro cilantro, hummus, & pita chips. So tasty, filling, and cooling/refreshing on a hot day!

Great Change if Pace

I was looking for something different for myself and my Omni husband and this hit the spot! Many Omni places just offer 1 or 2 vegan options, but Vessel has so many to choose from it was hard to decide. I ended up getting the Med 5.0 but I will be back to try other items on the menu. There is also the option to customize your meal. Conveniently located in Kimball Junction and easy to find. Loved the outdoor seating too.

Pros: Vegan options are marked on the menu, Option to customize meal, Convenient location

Cons: Printed copy of menu was a little hard to read

Terrific Vegan Options

Fantastic find! We were exploring around after a hike and came across this wonderful place. The vegan options are amazing! The Med 5.0 salad and the Naan flatbread tacos are my favorites! The staff is very patient and helpful. Definitely worth returning again and again!

Pros: Plenty of make-your-own options

Great tasting food!

There are so many sides and plates to choose from - it’s a rainbow. Everything is flavorful and seasoned well. There isn’t a long wait at any of the locations.

You’ll be saying wow!

The location I went to was actually in Midvale not Park City but that location wasn’t an option. Their food is so flavorful and creative. I loved everything I tried. My favorites were the Vegan soup and the cauliflower.

Pros: Clearly labeled menu for vegan and vegetarian

This Palestinian approves their falafel

Really amazing falafel .. taste like the one I would get in Jerusalem.. my favorite place to eat when in Park City..

Pros: So many plant based options

Cons: Calling couscous & other items "Israeli" is a joke

Local fave for vegans of Park City

Always reliable, fresh, healthy, and delicious vegan options. Avocado toast is a must! As are the pita crisps! Lots of vegan sides to make a meal and sometimes soup of the day is vegan. Their chickpea stew, when available, is delicious! We usually go there for lunch - but if you go for dinner, wine and beer are both available.

Pros: Lots of delicious vegan side dishes, Avocado toast is the best!, Fast, friendly and delicious

Cons: The lunch hour can get quite busy

good food fast!

We stopped here for dinner on the advice of the concierge. Lots of vegetarian and vegan choices! We had the avocado toast and the falafel. Both were great. Cafeteria style with real food!

Many Vegan options and well labeled

Great healthy and tasty fast farm to table food whether for eating there or takeout. For Park City the prices are reasonable too. I eat there about once a week. Sometimes I’ll order a salad with Falafel and other times I’ll get 3 or 4 vegan sides to make a meal. They do change up their menu for the various seasons. In the summer it’s great to pickup Togo for local outdoor concerts. This is my go to place when I’m too busy and don’t want to cook. It’s a locals favorite whether vegan, vegetarian or Omnivore.

Fill your vessel with fresh, delicious food!

This place seems to really focus on keeping things local and seasonal where they can. Everything was really fresh and yummy! Menu items were clearly marked vegan and there were a ton of options. I had a hard time narrowing down what sides I wanted to try, but I ended up with falafel, kung pao cauliflower, and sweet potato hash 👌🏼 reasonably priced, super quick service, and reusable dishes and silverware 🌱 this will be my go-to for Kimball Junction now!
