Marked Vegan items, Staff is not diligent

I ordered some of the clearly labeled "full vegetarian" items on the menu and confirmed in Chinese and English that I wanted them vegan. After the waiter clearly understood, the kitchen screwed up and I was served a dish with prawns in it. Unfortunately I bit into the prawn before realizing and the waiter came back and apologized. They then made me a new dish.
Also, the waiter kept telling me they didn't have tofu, which I thought was odd. They don't really have any protein options for vegans.
This place as potential with all the clearly marked items, but like most places in Shenzhen, you have to be very diligent to ensure you get vegan food.
