A Wonderful Experience

We had called ahead and said that we had a vegan diner and they said they could accomodate me. We were looking at a menu and a staff member came out and asked who is the vegan? I said me and she said she had a special menu planned just for me and I said bring it out! There were salads, a soup, burritos, all wonderfully executed and with texture. The zucchini noodles had a light tempura coating making them crispy. The other diners at my table said my menu looked spectacular and they would have eaten it also. We were having a perfect time until a table of 30 were seated and it was so loud we could not talk to each other anymore. Yes, it was fiestas, but maybe a group limit inside would be a suggestion. I have not been treated so well as a vegan diner in a long time and I was in heaven. Thank you staff and chef!
