Delicious cauliflower tacos

Being from Austin, there are great vegan tacos at every restaurant. The beer battered cauliflower tacos are one of the best I've had! Before going I did an internet search for Vegan Velvet Taco. This site doesn't have all the options. But I was able to follow the instructions to modify the taco (corn tortilla, no queso) and had 2 scrumptious tacos. They did serve a tofu option. The pineapple guac was also very good - it's their regular guac with pineapple on top.

Pros: Fresh to order; more than one vegan option, Good, soft corn tortillas , My college student liked the vibe
