The burger of all burgers! - Edit
Managed to stumble across this amazing food hut in London and a food festival! I’ve been vegan for nearly 5 years and I can honestly say this is the BEST burger I have ever put into my gob. The meaty beetroot and mushroom patty, the super melty cheese and the crunchy and tangy onion relish. Got talking to the owner and she’s also a badass vegan using everything vegan(including cleaning products) and all packaging is recyclable and compostable!
