Delicious Food - Edit
Went here twice in 1 day! I was able to order off the vegetarian menu and ask for the usual no egg, no fish/oyster sauce etc. I had the stir fried yellow curry, fried rice and Pad Lao and all 3 dishes were delicious.

There is a separate vegetarian menu, but if you tell them no eggs, fish or oyster sauce, they can make it vegan. I eat here 4 times when in Vang Vieng as it was one of the better restaurants in town and fairly cheap. I even came here for breakfast the morning I was leaving. The breakfast menu didn't have anything I would want to eat, so I just had the Pad Lao and an Americano, which was probably the best coffee I also had in Vang Vieng.

We went to Vela twice while in Vang Vieng as we loved the food. They have a separate vegetarian menu and most dishes can easily be made vegan. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and I loved eating outside. It is a very busy restaurant so I recommend coming early. Cash only.

The pumpkin soup (55k) was very hearty and staff were aware of veganising food. Nice atmosphere, google maps says permanently closed but that’s not the case.

Vegetarian page in the menu as well as some added dishes hand written on (tofu options), just specified vegan / no egg and no problems, food was tasty and a good price. Air conditioned inside which was great, lovely staff and good prices!

great for taking some rest in the afternoon (the inside area has ac and nice chairs). I tried the pad Lao and it was delicious. they have one page of vegetarian menu that can be made vegan.
