So Supportive and Helpful!

Anastasia is helpful and personable. I am at a very low level of fitness in general and it scared me to get started. But VegShe (Anastasia) was there to meet me where I was at and help me improve! She helped me feel comfortable and supported the whole time. I also like the variety of available content online.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Anastasia since undergrad and she’s always been kind and supportive!

I’m super excited to see her in the Vegan Health and Fitness space! Anastasia provides plenty of tools, information, and materials that encourages not just a focus on weight loss but a WHOLE wellness journey because health isn’t a certain size!

“VegShe's Guide to Veganism” book is a gem for the vegan curious but also for OG vegan/plant-based folks because it’s a reminder of why we went on this journey! I totally appreciated the “Mindful Moments” throughout and the recommended resources at the end is super helpful (digital version available).

Totally recommend VegShe to anyone that thrives in a nurturing environment and is looking to make a change in their life! #Veganuary

Anastasia is compassionate and knowledgeable

During a short amount of time, Anastasia helped me reach my goals of not being afraid of going to the gym alone and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. She really takes the time to get to know you so she can assess the best way to help. She's knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.

A friend who stays with you on your health and wellness journey

Anastasia is not only a great trainer, she is also like a good friend. She knows when to push you harder, but she also understands your limits. She helped me feel more comfortable with going to the gym and working out in general. I love that she is always there to support you. She is also my go to with any questions regarding health and wellness and nutrition.

My Favorite Online Wellness Program

Anastasia is my fitness tainer and vegan mentor. She personalized different fitness sessions for me that are short and achievable. Small changes can lead to big results and I feel the difference. As a non-vegan, I am unfamiliar with the vegan lifestyle. Anastasia has introduced to me different recipes such as vegan rice crispy treats, and that is when I discovered vegan foods can actually taste delicious! She changed my mind about vegan foods and is my guide to vegan eateries and all things vegan. My goal is to be healthy and fit just like how Anastasia lives her life.

Making fitness fun

The idea of working out has always been a little intimidating to me. When I attended Anastasia's class, she made me feel welcomed, despite having little to no workout experience. I love how she has different workout techniques that can be tailored to your fitness level. By the end of class I felt recharged and ready to take on the world!
