Vegi House replenished our hearts & stomachs. - Edit
We had the BBQ Steak and Kwetiau Siram with the Kombucha. We had tried to go to two vegan restaurants nearby that were closed but marked as open.

Tasty food and lovely people - Edit
The food represents the traditional balinese cuisine with a vegan twist with dishes that we had not found vegan on the island yet. The owners are a delight to talk to, we really enjoyed chatting about veganism with them.
Read moreWe wanted to try everything they had on the menu but it was so extensive we had to choose. Finally, after Gosa's recommendation we had: Serapah, Soto, Bakso and Capcay with rice. Everything was delicious and their homemade kombucha is also a must try!
We wish them all the best!
Pros: The variety of dishes , The quality, The people who own it
Cons: I would have liked to have a dessert

The restaurant lays in a calm little street and has tables outside. The owners are a family who are super friendly and open to explain every dish. The food was super delicious. I can recommend the Gado Gado! Even better then the food was the Kombuchta, try it with orange:)

Friendly all-veg Service - Edit
VegI House is run by two kind, friendly Balinese vegans who follow Supreme Master. They are generally open 8am-8pm but close a couple hours early on Sunday.
Read moreTheir entire menu is vegan and Indonesian and they offer a traditional Singarajan Balinese dish not offered anywhere else. They also have home brewed kombucha for a great price! You can also order a customized vegetable stir fry.
Overall I found the food satisfying—the flavor and meat textures were ok. They also can make fried banana with maple syrup—after a month in Asia I really enjoyed the flavor and smell. The best aspect of the experience was the conversation and company.

Wow so delicious! - Edit
We went here twice. The first time the food was already very good, a delicious Gado Gado and Nasi. The second time it was even better. We ordered the syogan (must-try), kologan (very delicious with pineapple) and the nasi campur (also a must). The owners were so friendly and it is one of the cheapest vegan food you will find on Bali. The whole menu is vegan.

Best veg Indo food so far - Edit
Food was delicious, we ended up ordering more to take away with us. We had the sate, siobak and kwe tiaw (highly recommend!). A lot of faux meat but also good servicing of vegetables with the noodles. Gosa (the owner) is very friendly and speaks good English. We were very happy with our experience here.
