Sorry i finished my food before i remembered i should have taken a photo for the review 🤣 absolutely beautiful. Id really stuggled on holidays and found this place on the last day of hols (thanks to the facebook group: vegans of ireland). The owner is amazing and so helpful. Giving lots of vegan tips. I could have spent hours getting ideas of food from her. My husband who is a massive meat eater also enjoyed it which was great for me.

Monica is an amazing, wonderful lady with a huge heart and fantastic little restaurant in Albufeira. The place is fully vegan also catering for personal intolerances where needed. Everything is homemade and really delicious and satisfying. Large portion sizes, good prices. Monica is doing this for the love and for the animals. We left with full bellies and full hearts.

Small place but with alot of options and different prices. I had the beyond meat burguer which it's more expensive but I felt like trying everything from the menu! The owner of the place is super welcoming and helps you with everything she can. Cute and friendly dog around also.

A wonderful little find. I’ve been really struggling to find good plant based food in Albufeira but this place had everything. From burgers and hotdogs to vegan full English breakfasts. It’s a small place ran by a couple of people it is very cosy and has a family feel. If you’re looking for a little stop for some good hearty vegan food this is the place.

Read moreWe ordered 1 jackfruit sandwich and 1 burger and those were not even good. Jackfruit wasn't cooked but simply taken out of its can. Burger served with industrial crisps, with no taste. We also ordered grilled potatoe as a side dish, they were full of fat and tasted like oil.
That's a shame because the owner is an animal rights activist but the food is definitely not good

Th cafe is very charming and run by 1 women who does all the cooking. She cooks all the specials of the day in the morning. . The food was excellent and the best tofu baked eggs I have ever had. I went there on the last day of my vaca so I couldn’t go back but I would have gladly eaten there ever day. I also had a slice of pizza with. veggies, tofu and sausage and it was so good I got a slice to go and a pastry.

Went on our last night, not disappointed. Monica is so lovely. Small cafe but plenty of choice. Portions amazing. We had the garlic bread and hummus to start, gorgeous. Kids had the Beyond burger, me and the hubbie shared the tofu burger and wrap, delicious. Monica chatted with us. Hubbie and son are omnivores, yet both said it was the best meal of the holiday.

One draw back is the opening hours. I visited on a Friday at around 6.45 but the restaurant didn’t open until 7.30 (had a beer next door). Then on Sunday arrived about 6 but the restaurant was shut. From other reviews sounds like the hours are pretty random.

We came half hour after it was suppose to be open, but it was just slowly opening then. So expect portugese hours when you come here. The experience was very nice because Monica is a lovely lady, but you can’t be short on time when you come. So bring time and a good mood and eat delicious food. The coconut pai is amazing!!
