Food taste so so - Edit
Finally got chance to try this place. Ordered minced soya noodle or another more common name - zha jiang mian. The taste is so so for me and it’s my first time to have such a watery zha jiang mian 😅
Read moreRemarks: their curry and laksa do contain milk
Pros: Serving time is fast, Free soup is good
Cons: Not clear about vegan requirement

nice eating place - Edit
Went there 1st time around lunch time. Like their curry with bread and vegetables roll 👍
Read moreEvening time go home and pick dad n mum over for dinner. Order curry with bread again but vegetables roll no more liao. Then we order drinks and the 素骨茶 and a brown rice bento set but a little bit disappointed. Need improvement.
Pros: convenient. toa payoh MRT can easily reach.

I'm finally here for the 素骨茶饭 😎 - Edit
So very nice ~
But the brown rice was cold when served, not even warm, minus points.
And my friend ordered additional bitter gourd, nice!

We had the Mushroom Udon, Minced Soya Noodles and the Spring Roll Set.
Read moreNeither one of the noodle dishes met my expectations - they're just normal and doesn't justify the price tag. A lot of room for improvement.
The Spring Roll taste good, goes well with the sweet and spicy dip.
The curry and laksa isn't vegan and contain dairy. I hope they label their bento selection and menu items to indicate which one contain eggs and/or dairy.

nice vegetarian place near toa payoh MRT - Edit
Mushroom Udon at Veggie House for lunch
Read moreFinally got the chance to eat at this place after seeing ppl post about this vegetarian place at toa payoh.
Price wise is closer to cafe price.
Again portion abit small for me (maybe I too hungry again 😅) had to order another spring roll after finishing the udon. The spring roll is nice too 👍😋
Taste: 8/10 for me
Opening hours on Happy cow:
Open daily, 10am to 9pm
(The auntie said they start selling at around 10.30am and usually 8 pm will close for the day)
Didn't get to try the signature fruit tea as it cost the same as the udon😅
Pros: near Toa Payoh MRT, quite a lot of sitting place, nice food
Cons: slightly expensive, portion quite small (for me)
