Vegan Chinese food. This replaced the old Veggie Heaven in Parsippany and has an expanded menu and assorted juices. A range of mockmeat dishes plus tofu and vegetable. Open Mon 11:30am-10:00pm, Wed-Thu 11:30am-10:00pm, Fri 11:30am-10:30pm, Sat 12:00pm-10:30pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:30pm.

FULLY VEGAN Chinese Restaurant - Edit
Veggie heaven is amazing! The atmosphere is so chill and decorated. Everything is vegan on the menu. My non vegan friends enjoyed the food as me, if not more. My only complaint: it was a little pricy, especially for college students.

Pros: Entire restaurant is vegan, There are some healthy options, VEGAN Cheesecake... Shall I say more?

The whole menu is vegan so they have tons of different options. Mock meats, lots of vegetable options as well. Menu could in fact be a little bit smaller and food more flavorful but that’s only if I had to be super nit picky

I ate lunch here, so perhaps the time of the day, but it was quiet and comforting — excellent place for my sisters and I to just talk and hangout, while eating some delicious food!

Been going here for about 3 years (as long as I've been vegan.) The general tso's chicken balls have a lot left to be desired with the more spongy texture. It's also not as spicy as the general tso's I grew up with. As well as the dumplings and spring rolls that are strictly filled with cabbage. I tend to be critical because I've been testing and cooking for a long time. Although those where flukes, their scallion pancake deluxe, the cheesecake, and pretty much everything else on the menu is BOMB. This restaurant has a welcoming environment run by people who truly care for animal welfare. Veggie Heaven holds a lot of memories and has always lifted my spirits when I was going through a hard time. I highly recommend checking this place out.

One of my All time, go to favorite spots for “vegan fast food” or a healthier entree. I love the tofu curry ( mild) we also love the spring rolls. Smaller portions but still worth it. The inside is super cute ambiance. BYOB

I have been coming here for over 3 years. I love that I can come here and have so many options and choose anything on the menu. And that it’s all delicious! My favorite dish is the “pork” lo mein. But I try to try something new each visit. The prices are pretty fair compared to a lot of vegan restaurants. My friend and I ordered an appetizer (vegan drumsticks), 2 entrees (homestyle tofu and veggie lo mein), and 2 sushi rolls (spicy salmon and cucumber) and the total was just under $35. Then we still had enough for leftovers the next day. On top of the great food and fair prices, it’s a really nice atmosphere and everyone who works there is really friendly. Sometimes I go just for take out too and my food is ready in less than 15 minutes. It’s also worth noting that they have a yearly membership ($70-80 I think) that gives you 20% off every time you eat there.

I have celiac disease and obviously struggle going to most Chinese Restaraunts. BUT at veggie heaven there is an extensive menu for gluten free options that are all vegan as well! The food is delicious! We absolutely love it here. My husband can be super skeptical about eating “vegan meats” but he actually loves its here and has always said how delicious his meals are. Definitely a win for the both of us.

This is the spot to take your family and friends who think vegan food is never like the real deal. My family raved about how the “pork” ribs were just like what they’re used to. Extensive menu. Is it healthy? Probably not. But it’s really yummy.

I've like coming here ever since it was in Parsippany. I haven't tried everything but I try to get something new each time I go. So far I've liked everything I have had. I have not tried any of the "sushi" yet but maybe I'll give it a go next time I am there.
Read morePrices seem to be about the same as a standard Chinese food place and they also have lunch specials. Staff if always pleasant and friendly. Worth trying if you like Chinese food and are in the area.

The menu and service at this restaurant are outstanding! The vegan food choices are mind-boggling and the taste is out of this world. There are so few great vegan choices in our area and Veggie Heaven is certainly one of them. And, by the way, their desserts are to die for...everyone better than the last. I recommend this heavenly restaurant in the highest!

This was a first for me: faux meat in a chinese meal. From all the reviews for Veggie Heaven I knew i was in for something special. But actually eating the food was a different story.
Read moreI ordered the Spinach Dumplings appetizer and the General Tso Veggie Balls lunch with brown rice (do people still eat white rice...? lmk) and a spring roll. Everything on the menu is vegan so that's a nice luxury when ordering: the ability to not worry about fish sauce or anything of the sort.
The dumplings were great, served with soy dipping sauce. They were very mild flavor-wise, and nice and warm. The General Tso was a bit odd in the mouth feel department... The flavors were good but the actual "chicken" was very very spongy, like they were tempura coated and then deep friend and then thrown in the general tso sauce. It wasn't the worst thing in the world, but certainly wasn't the best. But that's just my opinion on it.
Certainly worth a visit if you're a vegan in the area!
Pros: Nice choices, Good for transitioning Vegans :)

Veggie Heaven is awesome. It is always busy and for good reason. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the prices are extremely reasonable. They have a very large menu with Chinese, Japanese, and Thai specials. I love the sushi pizza and order it every time. Their Chinese entrees are made with mock meats. With seemingly endless options, there is always a reason for me to return and try something new. My only complaint is the desserts. The cakes can be a bit dry.
