Absolutely Amazing - Edit
One of the absolute best places I’ve ever been to in terms of value for money. The kind of place in a kind of place where you’d least expect it.
Read moreThis exemplifies one of the absolute joys of being vegan, and makes you ask: “Why isn’t food everywhere this thought out, fresh and well made; and why isn’t it vegan?”
Pros: All vegan, All fresh, All good
Cons: Might ruin the rest of ur trip to Hong Kong

Saved my life on campus - Edit
The restaurant only serves CUHK staff & students but I am so thankful for its existence. Beyond the regular menu items like dumplings & rice w/ veg, they also stock vegan ice cream and cheesecake. The staff here are also friendly and nice. Very budget price for solid tasting food.

Not open to the public - Edit
It should be noted to the general public the food court at CU is open only to CU students and staff. This is posted as sign on the door of all of the restaurants, including Vegether. I wasted $200 HK coming here.
Read morePros: Couldn’t tell you
Cons: Only open to CU students and staff per door sign

Nice vegan place at CUHK - Edit
If you are a vegan studying/working at CUHK, definite try out this restaurant. Most of them are Asian dishes and they provide vegan meat too. Prices are reasonable.

Vegether CUHK, Hong Kong - Edit
Update to this below. I revisited in 2017. They have a free cookbook they give out that contains recipes with milk and egg. I asked the owner about this afterwards and was given a reply about them attempting to attract people who enjoy milk and eggs (not surprising since their other resto is lacto ovo vegetarian). That personally undermines my confidence that this place is genuinely all-vegan in all of the products they offer.

Vegan restaurant at CUHK - Edit
I went to Vegether last week as part of a vegan meetup and I was pleasantly surprised.
Read moreThe food was very good. I would specially reccomend the "chicken" skewers and the barbecue "pork", both were very tasty and very different too. The thing that I liked the least was the hamburguer (the bun and the burger itself were a bit hard for my taste).
The staff was very friendly and they even gave us a recipe book for free. It is a bit far away being in the university campus but Vegether is definitely worth a visit or two.
Pros: Excellent food, Friendly staff, Cheap
Cons: Location
