Satay Chicken Skewers - Edit
I’ve been impressed with everything I’ve ordered from Vegelicious, but yourself a favour and be sure to get the satay skewers when you order, the mock meat is excellent and the sauce is delicious.

Fantastic choices, very tasty - Edit
We ordered wonton soup (delicious), a selection of snacks,, spring rolls and fried dumplings, followed by mixed vegetables with mushroom chicken, black bean and special fried rice. While I used the names, chicken and beef and seafood was made using vegan ingredients, and it was very easy to find lots and lots of options. Not something that I am accustomed to going to more mainstream places. We ate our food in and it did have a slightly cafeteria style of presentation, but really, we had a lot of lovely time.

Huge range of delicious food, with really friendly service. Always drop in when we're in the area.
Read more- Char Kuey Teow: delicious! with that beautiful charred noodle taste
- Mee goreng: delish, tasty, a little spicy tomatoey sauce, small pieces char siu, prawn, delish chikn curls
- Sweet & Sour Pork with fried rice: good, with big round pork
- Roti w/Rendang curry: delicious curry, meat texture like fable but much softer, don't love it
- fried wonton: delish fake chickn filling
- Stirfried Beef Noodle: CKT but with thin, spongey-ish beef slices
- Sichuan Eggplant: good, spicy, has TVP mixed in
- Salt & Pepper Abalone mushroom: very good, lightly battered, the thicker parts of abalone mushroom can have a chewy/fatty texture
- Salt + Pepper tofu: thick batter, semi-silken tofu inside, ok
- Black Pepper beef w/ fried rice: peppery, salty, ok
- Prawn toast: is of a canned tuna texture, not like non-vegan prawn toast

Delicious and can be cheap! - Edit
What an amazing place! I had a really delicious and filling meal consisting of deep fried vegan calamari rings and a curry laksa for only $20. And there's so much more deliciousness on the menu, I will definitely come back for more! Sure a lot of the other menu items are more expensive ($20-25), but the fact that I could have such a deliciously filling meal is almost unheard of these days.

Good - Edit
I took my son & mum to eat in on a Saturday night after another place was booked out. Nice food. Very friendly staff. It must be an old chip shop. Good as a takeaway option. No high chairs. I wouldn't eat in again. The laksa was big & tasty as were the crackers.

Great vegan friendly Asian CLASSICS - Edit
Absolutely impressed by this vegetarian/vegan Asian food restaurant!
Read moreThe menu is very expansive, featuring a lot of Asian food classics but made vegetarian/vegan with the use of mock meats - honey chicken, lemon chicken, crispy pork belly and more!
I've been here twice for a sit down meal and the staff are super friendly and always offer complimentary 'prawn' crackers that are made with carrots!
The seating arrangements aren't they greatest since the shop is quite small, and only allows about 14 people for sit down at a time, however it's still a great experience with the friendly and attentive staff.
The quality of the food is amazing and the turn around from ordering and cooking is done in such a timely manner.
For vegans, just be mindful that some items on the menu do contain egg (clearly labelled on the menu), but the rest of the menu is vegan and the staff are super fully and happy to answer any questions you have.
Pros: Vegan Asian classics, Friendly staff, Satisfying
Cons: Limited seating

Excellent food and service - Edit
Visited here not long ago and was very impressed with both the food and customer service. Some of the best takeaway I’ve had in a while. I loved the fact that the food wasn’t really oily also. Most of the options are vegan, with a few having the option of adding egg. Very accommodating with gluten free options as well. Will definitely be back.

Tasty Asian Vegan Cuisine - Edit
Finally there's a new vegan restaurant serving the Sandringham/Highett/Cheltenham area. Apparently the only dishes containing animal products are some of the rice dishes which contain egg, but this can be amended with healthier alternatives.
Read moreWe found the food delicious and well priced, and very close in flavour to the original meat versions, without any of the health risks and ethical concerns of eating meat.
The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the owner gave us his own tasty tea, which was not on the menu. Complimentary vegan "prawn" crackers are served first, made from carrot!
He makes all the sauces from scratch himself. #Veganuary
Pros: Everything vegan except some rice dishes with egg, Sauces made from scratch, Tasty Asian vegan food tasting like the originals

I learned on Facebook that their homemade tofu is not vegan, however they do have vegan tofu as an option (not homemade)

Very good Chinese Malaysian vegetarian dishes. Mainly take-way as there are limited tables and seats in store. Though newly opened, the chef is an old hand Vegie Mum.

Delicious - Edit
Food is super yummy and the quantity is really really great. We bought some sweet and pour pork, white rice and satay chicken skewers and everything was amazing. The staff were also super nice and gave us some free ‘prawn’ crackers which were made of mushroom. I want to say it’s around the same price range as Vegie Bowl (springvale) and cheaper than Mr Veggie (st kilda). Overall it was amazing and I will be going back very very soon :))
