Buffet! - Edit
Was a delicious lunch buffet with lots of options to choose from. They kept bringing out different dishes in a rotation whenever a plate ran out. Super yummy!

The host was kind, helpful, and informed us that everything was gluten free as well. There were lots of veggies, potatoes, rice, and miso soup. It was amazing, though I do wish there was some sort of protein option, like tofu or tempeh.
