Great combination of old favorites and unique new flavors! We did family-style of three of the deli salads and the Buffalo chickpea was my favorite! Two cheesecakes for dessert: key lime and root beer. Root beer, whaaaat??🤯

Delicious and educational! - Edit
We dined here twice in 3 days. Heather, is the owner and a lovely human being! Chef Bianca prepared our meals- we ate the mean green and bacon burritos twice! Savory puffed pastry was perfect. coffee cake straight outta the oven! raspberry hand 🥧 pies!! we ordered the lobster roll (hearts of palm) and chicken Caesar wrap for the journey home. I can't wait to return to Vegas to take some cooking classes at the Vegas Culinary School!

Delicious food. We had a bacon breakfast burrito and egg ham cheese sandwich. Loved the fresh juice; we had watermelon mango ginger. They also let you sample items. Taking a vegan cheese making class later this week.

Great Sides - Edit
We stopped in for a quick bite and were not disappointed. Their broccoli salad and eggless egg salad were amazing. We split a BLTA with great bacon texture and fresh LTA. Overall great food and an added bonus that they are teaching the next generation of vegan chefs.

Great Combo: Vegan Culinary School & Eatery - Edit
This relatively new woman-owned place is in the Las Vegas Arts District. It has its own off-street parking area and combines a vegan culinary school and eatery. The place is cute and the super-friendly. The helpful staff made me feel welcome and allowed me to sample as much as I wanted. They offer a number of different vegan cooking classes and there was a private birthday party/class in progress during my visit. Favorites were the barbecued jackfruit and egg salad, though both were too high in fat for me (as a WFPB no oil vegan). The chocolate chip cookie was full of chocolate chips. This place would be more attractive to me if they added some fresh fruit juices or smoothies. and some less heavy green salads, Still, I enjoyed my visit and hope to take a cooking class there at some point.

Pros: Super-friendly and helpful staff, Colorful bathroom art: each stall is different!, Great concept
Cons: Deli items were a bit too heavy (I'm WFPB no oil), Too few low-fat items on menu

We LOVED this place. A bit out of the way if you are staying on the strip but worth a ride. We came for lunch which meant we got to pick out a bunch of items deli-style from the cold case. The vegan quiche was amazing. I keep dreaming of it. The mac and cheese was delicious and the coffee cake was the best we've ever had.

Cons: Far from the strip which isn't really a con!

Thank you for the kind review! Please note, we are a block off the Strip but in downtown Las Vegas. If you are staying at a hotel at the other end of the Strip, then it may take 15 minutes.

This place is fantastic. The food, amazing. The space, adorable. Even the bathrooms are brilliantly designed (you’ll see, and you’ll be like, “oh yeah, duh, why aren’t all public bathrooms like this?”). The outdoor patio is super pleasant and sun-protected and the wifi is good.
Read moreI got a little of everything to help me survive a whole day of being in airports and it was a great decision. Everything is amazing. The BLT was the best I’ve ever had, the mac n cheese was something you could feed a non-vegan toddler and they’d be into it, the desserts are all epic (and so cheap for how enormous they are).
Seriously do not sleep on this place.
Pros: Delicious all vegan deli, Great space, Barista/cook was so helpful
Cons: Absolutely none

Great casual eatery - Edit
Breakfast Burrito and Monkey Bread are outstanding. Curry Tofu Chicken Salad is very good also. Breakfast Sandwich is good, but a bit small for my liking. The high sodium content in the Holiday Leftover Sub drowns out its other flavors. Rocky Road Cookie is good, but very greasy. So, the menu is hit-or-miss. Some of the menu selections change regularly, and some of the regular items have changing variations. Therefore, I recommend sticking with their well-established menu items. Overall, I believe this unique addition to the local plant-based community is positioned to do very well, and the time is right for it.
