Had the vegan breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Coffee was also great! They had oat and almond milk available.

Two vegan options - Edit
Vegan burrito and breakfast sandwich on the menu. All flavored coffee syrups were confirmed vegan by staff. Cute, clean storefront with a great mission. But they use horrible, tiny plastic utensils encased in plastic bags. I could not use them on my burrito with any success. Plus: couldn’t we just do away with plastic utensils?

Amazing coffee and company values - Edit
I stopped by Dig It! for a to-go oatmilk latte and vegan breakfast sandwich while staying on the north end of the strip. It was an easy, affordable, tasty breakfast option compared to the expensive options on the strip!
