The best vegan pastel de nata in Lisbon - Edit
Cafetería/pastelería completamente vegana donde se pueden comer los famosos pasteles de nata tan ricos como los originales y a buen precio. El café, además, muy rico con el detalle del vaso de galleta que también puedes comer. Tiene dos mesitas en el exterior.

Iconic Nata! - Edit
The venue is very cute, cozy and has that Lisbon feel. You're welcomed by coffee smells and a smile. When ordering coffee, it comes as espresso by default. The latte comes in an edible cup good for 30 minutes! I've already returned twice :P

Worth a visit! - Edit
Visiting Lisbon/Portugal for the first time, I was really to try some of the traditional cuisine. Was really excited when I found the Vegan Pastel de Nata, as it looked really delicious when my friends were eating the original one. Couldn’t have been better! You can order to eat immediately (they do have a very tiny seating area) or just pick a box of your choice to go. Also offer some drinks, including coffee served in edible cups. The Vegan Nata is €1,2 per piece if I remember correctly.

Oh my goodness - Edit
We arrived late afternoon so I was a little worried the natas wouldn't be fresh. I've had other vegan nata that was kind of rubbery, gelatinous and tasteless. These were so fresh they were still warm. The filling was creamy and rich and full of flavor. The pastry part was so delicate, crisp and flakey. What a treat! I feel so lucky to be staying around the corner from this place.

Recomendo imenso!

Champions League of Pastéis de Nata - Edit
As a local I've had many pastéis de nata from many sources. Today was my first taste of Vegan Nata.
Read moreIt would be unfair to say these Vegan Nata are "a good alternative to the traditional revipe". In reality, what we have here are Champions-League-level pastéis... made with a vegan recipe.
The filo pastry is as good as the best in Lisbon, and the cream is great. This recipe successfully avoids the excessive sweetness that many pastelarias offer.
5 stars, no hesitation.
Pros: specialists in one great recipe, Good packaging
Cons: none

Best ever nata! - Edit
These are the most delicious nata I've ever had. And, better still - cruelty free. The pastry is flaky and perfect and the "custard" filling is out of this world. We ordered 24 to be delivered to our hotel. It worked out really well. Remember to sprinkle cinnamon for extra flavour. Warning: when you've eaten one of these nata's there's no turning back - you'll be hooked! Highly recommend.

Pros: Best nata I've ever eaten, Cruelty free, buget friendly
