Outstanding South Indian food in a modest setting - Edit
The setting is humble but the food is delicious - and not the “usual” Indian fare. Definitely recommend.

Flavorful all veg indian restaurant in heart of DC - Edit
A nice addition to DC veg and vegan food scene with classic Indian food and some rare south Indian dishes not easily found in DMV area. Great taste, nice clean decor, nice service. Vegan options are clearly marked.

Delicious South Indian vegetarian + vegan food - Edit
I stopped by for take-out, and got *fantastic* samosas and a very good savory curry. Menu is fully vegetarian and many items are vegan - staff was good about pointing out which dishes are fully vegan. It's a smallish place, fairly casual vibe with eclectic decor. Would definitely eat here again. Note the hours (currently they're closed on Mondays - otherwise I would've eaten here a second time on my trip to DC!)

Amazing Vegetarian Lunch - Edit
Everything sounded delicious but I finally settled on the vegetable korma in the cashew cream sauce and was not disappointed. The interior was cozy and the staff were extra nice. Can’t wait to go back.
