Tasty rice sets and ramen - Edit
Vegan restaurant in the central district that serves various types of ramen as well as delicious rice sets. Large portions, friendly staff. You might have to add your name on a list and wait outside but queue moves relatively fast

Better than any vegan ramen I've had in Japan - Edit
Good food, good service, the spicy soy milk ramen was really good and I enjoyed the deep fried mushrooms too

Tasty Ramen - Edit
Ordered the soy milk white broth ramen. Broth was delicate and tasty, noodles were perfectly cooked, and the fried enoki mushrooms were a great addition. Also ordered the stir fried cabbage with ginger and deep fried mushrooms which were both great. Have tried a number of ramen restaurants in Taichung and this has been my favourite so far.

Ramen-azing! - Edit
This is one of the best ramen bowls I've had and what a star of the show the fried enoki was! They have unique Barley ramen flavoured with soy milk. Defo recommend. Added the staff were so lovely too
