Great vegan replacement for staple Indian takeout - Edit
Always very tasty, I really recommend the peshwari naan (and all their naans). The garlic lentils (daal) is the bomb, and the channa puri is excellent.

Vegan India have an impressive selection with a wide range of starters, sides, breads, rice and curries. They have all of the classics and you can customise your curry by picking your filling from options such as vegetables, tofu, tempeh and vegan chickn. I went for a vegan korma with vegan chickn, pilau rice and garlic naan. My wife went for vegan chickn tikka masala, mushroom rice and vegetable samosa. We also got 3 poppadoms to share. In total it came to £38 including delivery which I thought was reasonable.
Read moreThe food arrived hot with nice big portions. It was all very tasty! The samosas had a lovely crispy, flaky pastry and delicious filling. The poppadoms were large and fresh and the garlic naan was also very good. My korma and rice were also very tasty although I was surprised to find that the korma was a bit spicy. I did find this disappointing as I like mild dishes and korma is usually about as mild as you can get, so I did knock off half a star for this. However aside from this I found the korma nice and creamy and the chickn pieces had a great texture.

Read moreTonight, I had the "lamb" Rogan Josh and the Indian butter "chicken". Both really good and tasty. Didn't expect the Indian butter "chicken" to be as hot as it was but was still very good. The fake lamb is the best out of all the protein replacements. The person on the desk was also very helpful. They also have a huge menu.

This place has got so many different dishes on the menu including all of the typical Indian dishes and EVEN vegan paneer! Definitely going back soon

The menu has a big range of food, so you'll definitely find stuff you won't get at non-vegan places. Unfortunately it was underspiced and left something to be desired.

Fairly good vegan Indian, some of the dishes are a little bland but serviceable enough. You’d probably be better served by a non-vegan Indian place with vegan options (is that okay to say? Will I be punished for this by the vegan gods?!)
