I can't describe how much I loved this sushi! As someone who loved sushi before being vegan it was one of the things I missed the most and had the hardest finding really good vegan options. Vegamaki ss absolutely perfect!

For the love of sushi - Edit
Food was delicious and well presented, all containers recyclable, so barely any waste. I can see care behind the preparation. I had the 16-piece combo and the popcorn shrimp.

Pensado únicamente para llevar (no tienen local y el establecimiento está dentro de un edificio. Resulta difícil de localizar porque no hay nada que lo indique desde el exterior).

Se echa en falta que incluyan algo más de proteína (como Heura, por mencionar algo).
El sushi no traía ni jengibre, ni wasabi. Solo aceptan efectivo.

The Sushi was so good. There was a big variety in options. The Sushi was kinda fusion style with vegan cream, strawberries, asparagus etc.
Read moreThe order: You have to text them via Whatsapp and place the order. If you want to eat dinner you have to text before 19:30 and if you wann eat lunch the day before. They replied very fast and the contact was real kind. As there is no physical restaurant you either can order it as take away or delivery ( 2,50€). They came a bit late, which was no problem because they warned me that this can happen.
The food was really amazing and everything looked so good. I can recommend the hot rolls, which had a crust and were deep fried. We had a mixed box with 16 pieces, 10 hot rolls, 4 springrolls and a wakame salad, in total in was 32€ at it was a good amount of food.
If I had to say one thing to make it even better it would be offering deserts (but this is just complaining at a high level)

All the options we tried were delicious, vegan takes on traditional sushi and some really fresh new flavours - the tomato and basil for example.
Read moreWe were hoping to take it as our lunch on the train but timings didn’t work out (lunch pickup is at 12), so we picked it up a day early and couldn’t resist eating it there and then!
You have to pre-order the day before for lunch, or before 19:30 I think for dinner(check their Instagram for WhatsApp details), and go and collect it. We struggled to find the place (walked past it a few times !) as there’s no sign, but it’s the door near a little cafe.

I was so excited when I found out that there was a vegan sushi restaurant in Porto but I had no idea how good it would be. Without a doubt the best sushi I've ever had. They're so creative with the ingredients and everything is divine. I'm coming back over and over again.

Best sushi ever!! We took it to the park for a picnic and it was the best experience. Although there is no restaurant, totally worth it. Their concern with sustainable packages also got our attention and worked as a plus in ordering. A must in Porto!!

Amazing and creative - Edit
This was a very nice find in Porto. I really enjoyed the options they have in the menu. Not just simple cucumber and mango, but very elaborate things with different flavors and textures. Will definitely order again when in Porto. They don’t have a card machine but you can transfer or pay in cash. It’s worth it!
