No menus in English. The food was ok at best, burger with generic, half-dry bun. The girl at the counter was unhelpful and simply didn‘t care. She moved several times back to the kitchen while new guests came, waited, and left unattained.

Located in the Kupalovski market which runs underground between Oktyabrskaya and Kupalaŭskaja metro stations. No English menu (the pictures on Happy Cow must be outdated) and from what I could tell, the Russian menu (on a chalkboard) didn't seem to be all that extensive. On my first visit, the girl working there spoke no English but was very friendly and keen to help. On my second visit there was an English speaking girl who seemed a little grumpy. Nevertheless, it was cheap and cheerful and I'll gladly visit again if I return to Minsk.

I can confirm that the place is up and running. Staff is very helpful, but there weren't too many vegan options. Only one, the other day, two wraps. Not the less this was our saviour in Minsk!

This nice veg oasis in Minsk did not close: it just moved from the old location in vulica Kisialiova to the underground shopping mall below Oktybr'skaya metro station. Go to Kastryčnickaja square, on the Palace of Republic side, and climb down the metro stairs, you will easily find it.

Not the very cheap food - usual rolls, fried potato. A portion size is small even for Minsk.

Tasty and affordable vegetarian and vegan food - Edit
This cute cafe in the centre of town has a delicious menu of mainly burgers, wraps and snacks for very affordable prices. The menu is clearly marked with dishes that are vegan and English menus are available. I tried a lentil burger and some vegetable croquettes served in a tomato sauce which were very tasty!
