Shaved snow is an ice-cream like frozen treat, made with non-dairy cream, sugar, fruit, and fruit concentrate, that's frozen in cylindrical molds; the resulting snow blocks are then placed in a special machine that shaves them into tiny ribbons. Many of the of the shaved snow flavors and toppings are vegan-friendly. Reported closed August 2020.

Friendly staff, amazing fruity flavors. - Edit
So glad we stopped here. This place makes shaved snow, which is a different texture than a snow cone. It's very interesting, and very good.
Read moreThe person who made our desserts was so friendly and informative. Note: only the fruit flavors are vegan. I had the mango with Oreos as my topping and it was VERY tasty. :):)

Menu a little confusing for a first-timer, so ask for help if needed. Staff knows which specials are non-dairy, but may need assistance with certain toppings. I stick to the basics, so never have any concerns, but some of their specials can be made vegan. The shaved ice itself is really good. Not like a sno-cone and not quite like the shave ice I’ve had in Hawaii, but tasty and in a large portion. We really like this place.
