A Non-smoking cafe! - Edit
Artisan chocolate confectionery cafe with 20 types of artisan hot chocolate or coffee. The chocolates are infused with spices, alcohol, herbs or fruit and are premade/mixed, but there is one dark chocolate that is vegan and can be mixed with almond milk and one of two spices: chilli or cinnamon. They can also make a vegan hot cocoa in similar fashion.

Best chocolate in Belgrade - Edit
If you are a fan of chocolate you will love this place. You can drink vegan hot chocolate as well. It's super cute and easy to find. There is a nice amount of vegan options.
