Es difícil encontrar comida sencilla y rica en Cholula, la mayoría de los restaurantes son muy pretenciosos, los taquitos tienen muy buen sabor y el chico que los prepara es muy amable y te explica muy bien los ingredientes

Best vegan tacos ever! - Edit
You need to go to this restaurant if you are anywhere near Cholula. The food was incredible, many options for vegan tacos and the desserts are incredible too. The owner was super nice, he speaks english and he is very passionate about veganism.

loved this small vegan, eco friendly, and healthy restaurant! Please excuse me for not remembering his name at the moment, but the gentleman that worked there was so kind and welcoming to an out of towner like me. I ordered the ceviche and the tacos de coliflor, and both rocked so hard! I was not expecting the ceviche to be soooo large! I could have ordered that alone… it’s made with oyster mushrooms, mango, avocado, and all the other things you’d expect in a ceviche - I was offered a refill on chips as well. It was made fresh to order too! As much as I loved the ceviche, the taco was a standout! Super flavorful, very generous portions, and awesome to know I didn’t have to be worried about meat! They had some Asian options, American options, and Mexican options. Also, got a delicious cookie that I saved for the next day’s breakfast. The tables all looked like they were eco friendly. Totally recommend if you’re a vegan in Cholula.

J ai goûté un tacos 🌮 et celui ci m à réconcilier avec les tacos vegan , car depuis 2 mois au Mexique, celui ci est de loin le Meilleur !!!!! La soupe était super généreuse, je n ai même pas réussi à la terminer .

Good tacos, good people - Edit
I tried this place a few days ago. It is staffed by kind, laid back vegans. I had the 3 first tacos since I plan to be back soon. They were all pretty good, but nothing blew me away. Everything seemed fresh and healthy. Got a punch card.😄

Staff: friendly and informative. My Spanish isn’t the best but they were kind to explain the dishes.
The food… well that was spectacular. The piacero, chicharron, Senas en salsa were absolutely finger licking
The burger was good Too
The cauliflower taco was okay it was messing something.
Overall a must place to eat

Had a burger and the three cheese pasta. Both amazingly good, better than I could do at home. We also had a brownie, it was a bit hard, but with sauce and ice cream, which was nice. Also they asked me if I wanted mushroom added to the pasta, which made it even better

Pedimos los taquitos y las tostadas de ceviche, el ceviche fue de setas. Todo muy rico y la atención inmejorable. Muy recomendable en la zona de San Andrés.
