Delicious food cart with vegan options

Enjoyed the BBQ jackfruit sliders. Found them at the Nelson market days. Nice selection of vegan options. Would like to see them at the Saturday market.

Delicious

I had the walnut and lentil burger which tasted amazing, just need to leave off the feta to make it vegan. I really wanted to try the falafel too. The hotel serving was also very friendly. I would recommend that people come on a Thursday to try these burgers.

Pros: Vegan option and served in an eco friendly cardboa
