Not many vegan options - Edit
The first day we arrived around 9.30 and they didn’t have any vegan sweet or savory options yet, they told us they make them during the day and the sandwiches are only ready for lunch. The next day we arrived at 12.30 for lunch and the only vegan sandwich was already sold out. They only had one vegan pastrie, some sort of muffin thing, which was mediocre. Disappointing!

I turned up for a late lunch (~2pm) and all that was left was a vegan double chocolate chip cookie (better than nothing, I guess).
Read moreI ended up having a delicious meal a few steps down the road at Thyme & Co café, where they had clearly labelled options for vegan wrap, soup and salad.

Just a warning, Ursa Minor has historically been great but today I arrived to no vegan options on the menu, the closest they could do was the salad without any of the dressing. Honestly very disappointed and hope this doesn’t become the norm.
