Thoughtful delivery but spicy food

Ordered the following for delivery: Kashmiri naan, Chana Masala (vegan version), and samosa chaat. The naan was so-so, perhaps slightly undercooked. The other dishes were spicier than expected despite selecting mild spice level.
Although I appreciated the thoughtfulness in the delivery — labeling each item for a large group order
