Happily surprised - Edit
I was happily surprised to find a more than decent 3-course vegan diner in Schwalefeld. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were totally prepared to veganize the already vegetarian options on the menu.

I was happy that they had vegan options during breakfast and they where very helpful and friendly!
Read moreIf you are vegetarian the breakfast is great, all ecological and most from local farmers. We also had dinner at the hotel, they could make the menu vegan , this was great!
